I am always happy to offer periodic site maintenance and/or content updates (as a stand-alone service) on a limited basis depending on my current schedule.
Every project is unique, and needs can vary greatly from client to client, so my pricing model is project based for initial work, and retainer based for post-project work, and generally based on a weekly-rate of $750.
While a more comprehensive outline is in the works, this is just a brief summary outlining a typical project life-cycle you can expect working with me.
- Onboarding - Project and scope discovery, proposal/contract accepted and signed, & initial deposit paid.
- Pre-Work - Private access to Client Portal set up, client assets requested (ie images, site content, project related files), design brief/wireframes reviewed for feedback, & all client assets received.
- Design/Early Development - Mockup + 2 rounds of revision, prototype + 2 rounds of revision, & 2nd installment paid
- Development Wrap Up - Domain logistics, backend setup, testing, & site launch for website projects. For all projects, feedback, final revisions, fit & finish.
- Offboarding - Final installment paid, applicable site ownerships/account access transferred to client, files and backups delivered, up to 3 hours of training provided as needed, & consolidated PDF manual provided containing all important renewal/registrar information.
Access to Client Portal will remain active for 1 year post project completion or on-going retainer agreements have concluded. All project files will be stored there as a free backup while active.
